Please note that Program information should be turned in at the same time as publicity information. Email program information (Title, Movements, Composer,
Composer Dates, Performers, etc.) to mbellin@lsu.edu Three Weeks before the event. Once a proof is ready for your approval, you are expected to verify the accuracy of the program's information.

For faculty, guests, and ensemble concerts: specific publicity information (photos, bios, etc.) should be turned in to the School of Music public relations office Three Weeks prior to the concert date.

Please note: Student recitals should not exeed 75 minutes including intermission, breaks, and setup time between breaks.
For NON-LSU School of Music Recital Hall Usage

For all Non-LSU School of Music functions, a rental fee will be charged for usage of the recital hall. Please contact Kelly Eaglin, 225-578-3261 for information and rates.

If recording services are needed, the client must contact the recording engineer directly and contract for these services.

Facility Notes:

Any and all food and drink services by LSU units must be catered in accordance with PS-11, PS-60, and AS-499.

Any and all alcoholic beverage use must be carried out in accordance with PS-78.

Additionally, only caterers approved by LSU Purchasing may be used. To resolve any food/catering questions you might have, please contact Todd Jones at LSU Purchasing (225-578-2176 or mjone11@lsu.edu).
